Customer Service Manager Support

Sterisets Manufacturing, part of the Sterisets International Group, is continuing to grow and evolve its Customer Service organisation. To support this development, we are looking for a Customer Service Manager Support to work closely with the Customer Service Manager based in the Netherlands, ensuring strong operational execution, reliable data and smooth cooperation between teams.

This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the centre of customer service operations in a truly international and process-driven business.

What will you be doing?

  • Support and optimise Customer Service processes and ERP functionalities;
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of customer master data (CMR);
  • Maintain and update Customer Service procedures and work instructions;
  • Support the Customer Service Manager and Sales Manager in daily operational activities;
  • Coordinate customer price list updates and support commercial reporting;
  • Monitor and analyse key Customer Service KPIs (complaints, credit notes, margins, backorders);
  • Take ownership of customer issues and support timely and effective resolution;
  • Coordinate Post-Market Surveillance activities;
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, collaboration and operational excellence;

Who are we looking for?

  • Experience in Customer Service, Sales Support or Customer Operations (B2B or industrial environment is a plus);
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills with high attention to detail;
  • Comfortable working in structured, process-driven and international environments;
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese, written and spoken (mandatory);
  • A proactive, adaptable and solution-oriented mindset;
