Sterisets Manufacturing, part of the Sterisets International Group, is continuing to grow and evolve its Customer Service organisation. To support this development, we are looking for a Customer Service Manager Support to work closely with the Customer Service Manager based in the Netherlands, ensuring strong operational execution, reliable data and smooth cooperation between teams.

What will you be doing?
- Support and optimise Customer Service processes and ERP functionalities;
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of customer master data (CMR);
- Maintain and update Customer Service procedures and work instructions;
- Support the Customer Service Manager and Sales Manager in daily operational activities;
- Coordinate customer price list updates and support commercial reporting;
- Monitor and analyse key Customer Service KPIs (complaints, credit notes, margins, backorders);
- Take ownership of customer issues and support timely and effective resolution;
- Coordinate Post-Market Surveillance activities;
- Contribute to continuous improvement, collaboration and operational excellence;
Who are we looking for?
- Experience in Customer Service, Sales Support or Customer Operations (B2B or industrial environment is a plus);
- Strong organisational and analytical skills with high attention to detail;
- Comfortable working in structured, process-driven and international environments;
- Fluent in English and Portuguese, written and spoken (mandatory);
- A proactive, adaptable and solution-oriented mindset;
