The Medisp® trays for medical use manufactured by Sterisets® are well known in the medical world. Our Medisp® medical disposable products are designed and manufactured with selected high-quality materials to ensure the utmost hygiene, safety and resistance in compliance with strict European regulations. Our trays for medical use are produced in multiple shapes and sizes. We can also make custom trays for our customers. With our 3d printer we can make a sample tray within 24 hours.

Our medical disposables can be divided into 9 product groups:

Bowls, jugs and containers for medical use (gallipots, bowls, kidney bowls jugs and containers)
Trays (small, medium and large trays)
Instruments (forceps regular, forceps special, foam sticks, scissors, clamps)
Closure caps for medical use
Wrappers and drapes (wrapping fields, drapes)
Laminated products (drawsheets, bibs)
Maternity pads
Tourniquets
Gloves (latex gloves, cotton gloves, vinyl gloves and nitril gloves)

Most non sterile bulk products can be delivered directly from stock, or when not available within 4 weeks. Sterile products will have a longer lead time as they will be produced on request in our production location in Portugal. Accurate delivery times will be provided on request.

Medisp® Medical disposable products by Sterisets®

Since 2020, the assortment of Medisp® hasbeen extended with trays for medical use and other plastic products. Thanks to the new injection moulding facility, up to 250.000kg of plastic can be processed on a yearly basis.

All trays are made of 100% recyclable materials that do not release any toxic gasses during the production process. This way, the environmental impact can be reduced to a minimum.

All trays are available in bulk, single packed sterile, or as component inside custom made trays and/or sets.

About Sterisets®, manufacturer of trays for medical use

Sterisets® International B.V was founded in 1996 and therefore has more than 30 years of experience in manufacturing medical products. Sterisets® has several brands in different product categories like Steriflush®, Medisp® and Sterisets®. Our head office is based in the Netherlands (Oss) and our products are produced in Europe in our own production facility in Portugal. We make all our products ourselves so we can control the whole process and can guarantee top quality.

With over 200 colleagues in the Netherlands and Portugal combined we serve around 700 customers from all over the world and distribute our products to more than 60 countries.
